To compete in the extremely competitive mobile handset and tariffs market, the client needed a solution that could give it current pricing on targeted handsets, tariffs & contracts across all competitors and European markets. To achieve this goal, it needed a solution that would give it access to real-time data and insights on competitive Mobile handsets, tariffs and contracts. In addition, how those products were being promoted, positioned and marketed instore and on-line and how customers rated different offerings
CHALLENGE
The company needed to address gaps in the information it was already getting from traditional market research and other data providers. Besides, the business needed faster, more up-to-date data on competitors across multiple markets.
SOLUTION
